I’m a home builder turned consultant with decades of hands-on construction experience—especially in framing, layout, and solving the kinds of field problems that don’t show up on paper. I’ve spent my life building homes, correcting design flaws, and working directly with homeowners, tradespeople, and plans that weren’t always practical.

This business was born from necessity. Due to physical limitations, I’ve transitioned away from jobsite work, but not from the industry I love. Today, I focus on offering drafting, plan reviews, and one-on-one consulting from a builder’s perspective.
